At ASD, our commitment to quality, health and safety, the environment, sustainability, cyber security and operational resilience is backed by independently verified industry accreditations and certifications.

We operate certified management systems to ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety and ISO 22301 Business Continuity standards. Our steel processing activities are also certified to 1090, 3834, and NHSS 20 and 3B requirements, while our responsible sourcing practices are independently verified through BES 6001 certification.

In addition, ASD is Cyber Essentials Plus certified, demonstrating that our cyber security controls have been independently tested and verified.

Our technical capabilities and supply chain standards are further recognised through JOSCAR registration, Fit For Nuclear (F4N) status (delivered by NucCol), NSAI welding certification, RQSC compliance for Buildings and Bridgeworks requirements, and FORS accreditations. In recognition of our sustainability performance, ASD has also achieved the Gold Standard Award under the Sustainability Charter.
