Combining the protective properties of aluminium and zinc, Aluzinc coated steel offers excellent corrosion resistance, consistent performance and the flexibility to be formed, cut and fabricated for a wide range of applications. From construction and HVAC to industrial manufacturing, it's a reliable choice where long-term durability matters.

At ASD, we supply Aluzinc in both sheet and coil formats, with processing services that help you get exactly the material you need.

What is Aluzinc?

Aluzinc is a cold-rolled steel coated with an alloy of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. You may also know it as Galvalume or Zincalume.

The aluminium provides a durable barrier against corrosion, while the zinc offers sacrificial protection if the coating is damaged. Together, they create a coated steel that performs exceptionally well in many atmospheric conditions, helping extend the life of the material.

What are the advantages of Aluzinc coated steel?
