Total Metals Management (TMM) is our tailored service for customers in specialist sectors like Construction, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Defence, Marine, and Mining. These industries often run complex, high-spec projects where timing, quality, and safety are non-negotiable.
With TMM, we handpick a dedicated team based on their industry experience and technical know-how. This team then manages everything from sourcing multiple materials, coordinating processing to ensuring that we meet strict deadlines and quality standards.

Processing Capabilities
Dudley serves as our processing centre of excellence, equipped with an impressive portfolio of state-of-the-art machinery, including 9 tube lasers, and 4 flat lasers. To complement these, we also have 3 press brakes, water jet, section rolling machine, sawing line, flow drill, CNC router, and a laser-array automated inspection line.
But it's not just about the machines. Our in-house CAD team works closely with customers to help bring ideas to life, no matter how complex. Our CAD Team works with Solidworks, Artube 3 Software & SigmaNest. We can handle a multitude of digital files such as: IFC, STEP, IGES, X_T, DWG, DXF, NC/NC1 Files. Although digital files are preferred, we also have the ability to draw from .pdf drawings & text. With over 30 years of combined experience in laser cutting, the team knows how to spot potential issues early and more importantly, how to solve them.
And when products are cut, we can also supply them as kits of parts - configured to suit each client’s specific requirements. To make things even easier on site, parts can include directional etching, wall numbers and additional markings for straightforward identification and faster assembly.
What truly sets Dudley apart is its dedicated Stainless Steel processing cell. This is a controlled ‘Stainless Only’ environment, where water jet, flat-bed laser and press brake operations are conducted under conditions that prevent cross-contamination and foreign-object debris.
