Clamps

Universal Channel Clamps

Universal channel clamps are used with stainless steel screwband systems to securely fix rail-mounted signs to posts. They can be installed with either banding or Tamtorque, offering a versatile and reliable mounting solution.

RSJ Clamps

RSJ clamps are designed for use with all RSJ and universal beam uprights. They provide a strong and dependable method for mounting signs where standard post-mounted systems aren’t suitable.

Clips

ASD's clips come in a diverse range that can accommodate each individual sign product. With sizes from 50mm – 273mm, we are confident that we are prepared for every eventuality, with other more bespoke sizes available upon request.

Manufactured from grade 304 stainless steel, our clips are of the highest quality, and come supplied with an M8 x 38mm square head stainless steel bolt, nut and washer. The clips themselves are manufactured with raised pips on the surface to increase its anti-rotational properties. One-piece clips are available in sizes from 50mm-114mm, and are a cost-effective method of securing the bollhoffed sign blank to the post.

For larger sized sign panels we supply a two-bolt heavy duty D clip that is suitable for a range of functions in sizes from 127mm – 273mm, allowing for a firm, secure attachment of heavy signs to their respective posts.

Aluminium Clips:

Used in conjunction with the finger post system, these 2 piece aluminium clips fit perfectly with our offset brackets. They are available in 3 sizes: 76mm, 89mm and 114mm.

Tamtorque / Anti Theft Clip

Tamtorque clips have been designed for clamping signs of all types to round, square, hexagonal or any unusually shaped post, resulting in a quick and reliable fix every time, and work very much like the screwband buckle strap system. However, unlike screwband buckles systems, tamtorque clips are completely reusable & Anti-Theft.

Manufactured from high strength stainless steel, the Tamtorque sign-fixing clamp is a hardened resistant screw with a unique recessed seven-sided socket. Therefore they can only be tightened or released by a unique Tamtorque screw bit. An auto locking safety buckle ensures the free end of the band is both safe and tidy. This is an effective anti-theft measure.

Tamtorque are supplied in seven diameters, from 55mm – 340mm with a band width of 5/8’’ (16mm), effectively covering the current sign demand for a variable secure product, that is easily readjusted and reused.

Offset Brackets

Offset brackets are designed to work with clamps or banding to create sturdy and reliable finger post signs. Made from extruded structural Aluminium, they offer exceptional strength and resistance to vandalism - ideal for long-lasting outdoor use.

Suitable for both round and rectangular posts, these brackets are available in small or large sizes, either unpunched or pre-drilled with six holes for easy installation.

We stock them in grey, black, or a natural self-colour finish to suit a range of sign designs and settings.
